The Audit Supervisor is responsible for adhering to engagement budget constraints, completing tasks within the requested timeframe, and explaining any variances. They must also achieve charge hour goals and review the accounting, tax, or auditing work of engagement team members, providing constructive feedback. Additionally, the role includes supervising and guiding team members, fostering a collaborative environment, and training/mentoring them to support their professional development. The position also assists in the client billing process and encourages the development of specialized industry knowledge. Leveraging this expertise, the Audit Supervisor will identify cross-serve opportunities within client engagements and participate in practice development activities. Administrative duties and additional responsibilities as assigned are also part of the role.
