About The Position

Crowe is seeking talented professionals for full-time or seasonal work arrangement options for the role of Audit Senior Manager with experience in Commercial Services industry verticals. This role offers opportunities for leadership, deep industry insight, and relationship growth. As an Audit Senior Manager, you will be responsible for client relationships, leading multiple teams, providing performance feedback, anticipating and addressing client concerns, resolving problems, promoting new ideas and business solutions, and staying updated on industry developments. The position encourages creativity and expertise growth, with access to resources and support from executive leadership and the team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
  • Experience in external audit working with Food & Commodities, Metals, Supply Chain, Cannabis, Healthcare, Technology Media Telecommunications, Consumer Markets, Life Sciences, Real Estate & Construction, & Manufacturing clients.
  • Organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting and auditing skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with clients and adequately work on multiple engagements and teams.
  • Ability to interact with clients, prospects, all levels of staff, and colleagues in a professional fashion.
  • Ability to multi-task since planning, executing, and wrapping up various engagements may have to be performed concurrently.
  • Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on completing assigned task.
  • Must be a licensed CPA in your aligned home office state or be able to acquire a reciprocal one for that state.
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed.
  • Ability to travel to various client sites.

  • Continue learning the latest developments and the firm's standards and policies.
