About The Position

Crowe is seeking talented professionals for full-time or seasonal work arrangement options for the role of Audit Senior Manager with experience in Commercial Services industry verticals. The Audit & Assurance team provides traditional attestation services as well as accounting and consulting on applying accounting principles, demonstrating deep specialization and dedication to audit quality. As an Audit Senior Manager, you will lead multiple teams, gain deep industry insight, and grow client relationships. You will be responsible for anticipating and addressing client concerns, promoting new ideas and business solutions, and staying current with industry developments. This position encourages creativity and growth of expertise, with access to many resources and support from executive leadership and your team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
  • Experience in external audit working with Food & Commodities, Metals, Supply Chain, Cannabis, Healthcare, Technology Media Telecommunications, Consumer Markets, Life Sciences, Real Estate & Construction, & Manufacturing clients.
  • Organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting and auditing skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with clients and adequately work on multiple engagements and teams.
  • Ability to interact with clients, prospects, all levels of staff, and colleagues in a professional fashion.
  • Ability to multi-task since planning, executing, and wrapping up various engagements may have to be performed concurrently.
  • Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on completing assigned task.
  • Must be a licensed CPA in your aligned home office state or be able to acquire a reciprocal one for that state.
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed.
  • Ability to travel to various client sites.

  • Responsibility of client relationships with a variety of clients to build positive relationships.
  • Leading multiple teams and providing performance feedback to all members of those teams when engagements end.
  • Anticipating and addressing client concerns and resolving problems as they arise.
  • Promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients.
  • Continue learning the latest developments and the firm's standards and policies.
  • Staying on top of industry developments and their effects on client's competitive position.
