You will also supervise, train, and mentor junior staff and interns, assess their performance, and maintain strong client relationships. Collaboration with the audit team to resolve client issues and identify improvements is encouraged. The role also includes researching and analyzing financial statements using electronic databases and audit software, and engaging with client management to gather information and address problems.
