This role is for an Audit Senior Associate with experience in the Insurance industry vertical. As an Audit Senior Associate, you will further learn to lead, gain deep industry insight, and grow relationships. With access to many resources and team support, this role involves running client engagements from start to finish, including financial statement preparation, internal staffing, project scheduling and budgeting, engagement planning, and related administrative functions. You will also supervise, train, and mentor staff and interns on the audit process and assess their performance. Maintaining an outstanding relationship with clients to increase customer happiness and working with client management and staff at all levels to perform audit services is key. You will work with your audit team to identify and resolve client issues discovered during the audit process. Additionally, you will research and analyze financial statements and audit issues using electronic databases, and employ audit software to review and compile financial information. Engaging with key client management to collect information, resolve audit-related problems, and make recommendations for business and process improvements is also part of the role.
