About The Position
CLA is seeking an Assurance Director/Manager to join its growing Healthcare and Life Sciences practice. This is an in-office position based in one of CLA’s Florida offices: Orlando, Tampa, Lakeland, Fort Myers, or Naples. The role involves managing client relationships, helping clients secure funding and meet audit and financial-planning objectives, developing and mentoring staff, overseeing client engagement teams, and monitoring engagement budgets and deadlines. The position reports important developments, facts, conclusions, and recommendations to the engagement principal.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of public accounting experience, with an emphasis on financial statement preparation and audits.
- CPA license certification is required.

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop client relationships.
