This role is responsible for managing the lifecycle of digital products, automation capabilities, and strategic transformation initiatives that support Internal Audit. The Professional Practices & Strategy team serves as the primary liaison between Internal Audit assurance and technology teams. The Lead Consultant on the team will be responsible for translating business needs into a strategic product roadmap and prioritized backlog that maximizes value across Internal Audit. This role acts as the front door for innovation, modernization, and process improvement opportunities. Working closely with audit leaders, stakeholders, and engineering resources, this role gathers feedback and requirements, evaluates opportunities, prioritizes investments based on strategic value and capacity, and ensures delivered solutions meet business needs. The Audit Lead Consultant is also responsible for driving change management, communications, and adoption activities that help teams successfully integrate new tools and ways of working. This aligns with the Professional Practices & Strategy team's role in managing the departmental backlog, supporting transformation initiatives, and communicating changes across the department. In addition to digital product ownership, this role may support broader Professional Practices & Strategy initiatives, including stakeholder communications, department reporting, strategic planning activities, and operational improvement efforts. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, effective communicator, skilled facilitator, and passionate innovator who can balance long-term transformation goals with immediate business needs.
