About The Position

This position is responsible for performing contract monitoring activities for Division contracts, reviewing SSAE (SOC 1 and 2), and auditing reports for certain Division contracts. The role involves working with the Contract Manager on recommendations for the review and making recommendations to management. Additionally, the analyst will assist with procurement and contract management related functions.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of experience performing contract management functions and/or performing compliance audits.
• Knowledge of accounting and auditing policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of the methods of compiling and analyzing data.
• Knowledge of basic mathematics.
• Ability to understand, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Ability to review, analyze and evaluate data.
• Ability to perform technical analytical reviews and evaluation of audits.
• Ability to develop and maintain documentation standards.
• Ability to assist with procurement and contract management related functions.
• Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
