Frankel’s internship program is designed to offer a dynamic and engaging experience for aspiring accounting students, focusing on training and mentorship, collaboration, hands-on experience, fun, and a student-focused approach. This role is for an Audit intern to join the team for Busy Season (January-April) 2027.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting with plans to sit for the CPA exam.
• Available for full-time employment Fall 2027-2029
• Available on-site during the months of January - April
• Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week

Nice To Haves

• A minimum GPA of 3.2 is preferred
• Local students will be given preference due to the in-person nature of the internship

Responsibilities

• Participates in firm sponsored training sessions to learn our software, methodology, and procedures.
• Perform day-to-day audit work for all audit phases in accordance with GAAP.
• Attend client engagement meetings to determine timelines and goals of an audit.
• Research business trends in order to assist the team is providing solutions to our clients.
• Prepare accounting-related reports.
• Performs other audit and accounting duties as needed for the firm.
• Network and build relationships across the firm.
