Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in administrative support or treasury operations
- Strong understanding of cash control functions and SOX 404 compliance
- Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a collaborative approach in team settings
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Treasury reconciliation software
- Familiarity with unclaimed property processes
- Exposure to regulatory and management reporting
- Prior interaction with auditors on cash control matters
Responsibilities
- Execute cash and banking control activities, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Validate vendor and customer banking information through callbacks and data verification
- Monitor system interface controls daily to maintain process integrity
- Perform daily reconciliation of book records to bank transactions using Treasury software
- Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies and exceptions promptly
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and support management/regulatory reporting
- Assist with unclaimed property processes, report preparation, and payment initiation
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies in all activities
- Provide exceptional internal user support for Treasury processes
- Liaise with auditors regarding cash controls and support audit requests
- Contribute to special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as needed
- Deliver positive, professional customer service to internal/external stakeholders
- Handle sensitive cash records and confidential information with care
