Requirements

Associates degree or higher
1+ year of customer service or sales experience
Data Entry or other experience reliant primarily on computer usage
Valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

Speech and Hearing Science background
Experience working with a diverse patient population, including geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

Provides excellent customer service and maintains positive public relations and assists in maintaining data in office management software.
Maintains hearing aid supplies and orders including but not limited to placing new orders, maintaining inventory of clinical supplies and completing support duties for billing purposes.
Performs order tracking to ensure timely arrivals for hearing aid fittings, completes repair forms and sends out repairs as necessary.
Checks hearing aids upon arrival from manufacturer and assists customers with exchanges or returns as necessary.
Demonstrates and sells Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs), batteries, and other special products.
Performs routine cleaning of hearing aids.
Sends copies of audiograms, reports, letters and thank you cards as needed.
Assists with and supports marketing efforts/activities.
Makes and returns phone calls on behalf of the Audiologist.
Other duties as assigned.
