Performs moderately complex administrative tasks including prior authorizations, drafting correspondence, and providing skilled interactions. Prepares correspondence, documents, reports, and other materials which may be moderately complex or confidential, sometimes requiring independent judgment. Submits prior authorizations for personal hearing healthcare equipment needs. Assists with diagnostic audiology evaluations (BOA, VRA, CPA). Troubleshoots and repairs hearing aids and cochlear implants for patients and families with walk-in needs. Supports the NCH Employee Transport screening program. Orders and coordinates disbursement of clinical supplies to support supply par levels.
