Requirements

  • Master's Degree Audiology required
  • Audiologist [State License] - required
  • 3-5 years experience in audiology practice, preferably with some years of experience as a licensed audiologist.
  • 2-3 years experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate a team of audiologists and support staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Sound decision-making skills and the ability to delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of audiological principles, diagnostic techniques, and treatment options for patients of all ages.
  • Proficiency in performing audiological evaluations, interpreting test results, and developing appropriate treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership to the audiology team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise audiologists, technicians, and administrative staff.
