Requirements

Master's Degree Audiology required
Audiologist [State License] - required
3-5 years experience in audiology practice, preferably with some years of experience as a licensed audiologist.
2-3 years experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate a team of audiologists and support staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Sound decision-making skills and the ability to delegate responsibilities effectively.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of audiological principles, diagnostic techniques, and treatment options for patients of all ages.
Proficiency in performing audiological evaluations, interpreting test results, and developing appropriate treatment plans.

Responsibilities

Provide strong leadership to the audiology team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Recruit, train, and supervise audiologists, technicians, and administrative staff.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback for professional development.
Ensure staff compliance with regulations, policies, and ethical guidelines.
Oversee the provision of comprehensive audiological evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
Develop and implement audiology service protocols and procedures to optimize patient care.
