About The Position

ENT and Allergy Associates is seeking a full-time, self-motivated, people-friendly licensed Audiologist for its Garden City office. The role is part of a growing, multi-site ENT practice serving the New York and New Jersey area. The Audiologist provides diagnostic and dispensing services, conducts clinical evaluations, counsels patients, and recommends and fits hearing aids. The ideal candidate is clinically strong and able to build rapport with patients. The practice offers continuous training, coaching, and development, including paid CEUs, as well as modern fitting processes and access to industry-leading resources. The salary range is $80,000–$110,000 per year. The compensation package includes a bonus program and benefits. The role also offers an opportunity for clinical research.

Requirements

Master's degree in Audiology.
Active and current hearing aid dispensing license.

Nice To Haves

Au.D. degree preferred.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to interact professionally with patients, physicians, and team members.

Responsibilities

Establish rapport with patients and gather their histories.
Conduct audiometric and other diagnostic testing.
Counsel patients and recommend hearing aids.
Take ear impressions, make ear molds, and order instruments.
Program hearing aids.
Fit hearing aids and help patients with adjustments, questions, or problems.
Maintain documentation and patient files.
Manage the assigned schedule to maximize opportunities to help patients hear.
Support and coach team members to achieve practice goals and generate opportunities.
