About The Position

ENT and Allergy Associates is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly, full-time licensed Audiologist for their Paramus office. As a large and successful multi-site ENT practice, they are expanding their staff of audiologists in New Jersey due to dynamic growth. This role is ideal for a Diagnostic & Dispensing audiologist who is driven, self-motivated, and passionate about helping patients improve their hearing. The ideal candidate must be strong clinically and possess the ability to effectively counsel patients while building rapport.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Audiology, Au.D. preferred
Active and current hearing aid dispensing license
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
The ability to work in a team environment
The ability to interact professionally at all times with patients, physicians, and team members

Responsibilities

Establish rapport with, and gather history from, patients; conduct audiometric testing; counsel patients; and make recommendations for hearing aids
Diagnostic testing
Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments
Program hearing aids
Fit hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, questions or problems
Maintain documentation and patient files
Own assigned schedule to maximize the ability to help patients hear through opportunities
Support and coach all team members to achieve practice goals and generation of opportunities
