About The Position

ENT and Allergy Associates is seeking a full-time, self-motivated, people-friendly licensed Audiologist for its West Side office. The practice is expanding its audiology staff in the New York and New Jersey area. The role is suited to a Diagnostic & Dispensing audiologist who is clinically strong, driven, and passionate about helping patients hear well, with the ability to counsel effectively and build patient rapport. Audiologists are valued members of the practice and have access to continuous training, coaching, development, and paid CEUs. The practice offers current hearing-aid fitting processes and industry-leading resources to support high-quality instruments and services. The listed salary range is $80,000–$110,000 per year.

Requirements

Master's degree in Audiology.
Active and current hearing aid dispensing license.
Strong clinical skills and the ability to counsel effectively while building patient rapport.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to interact professionally with patients, physicians, and team members.

Nice To Haves

Au.D. degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish rapport with patients and gather their histories.
Conduct audiometric and other diagnostic testing.
Counsel patients and recommend hearing aids.
Make ear impressions and ear molds, and order instruments.
Program hearing aids.
Fit hearing aids and help patients with adjustments, questions, or problems.
Maintain documentation and patient files.
Manage the assigned schedule to maximize opportunities to help patients hear.
Support and coach team members to achieve practice goals and generate opportunities.
