An established and highly respected private audiology practice on California's beautiful Central Coast is seeking an experienced Audiologist to become an integral member of its growing clinical team. The practice operates under a private-pay model without the constraints of third-party insurance contracts, allowing for meaningful patient interaction, comprehensive counseling, and customized treatment plans. The role involves a broad and advanced clinical scope, including comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations, individualized patient and family counseling, hearing aid fitting, programming, verification, and service, cochlear implant evaluations and mapping, ABR, VNG, tympanometry, and advanced vestibular testing, with collaboration with physicians and fellow clinicians.
Requirements
- Experienced Audiologist
- Proven results and strong performance history
- Ability to practice with a high degree of clinical autonomy
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a private-pay model practice
- Experience with cochlear implant evaluations and mapping
