About The Position

The Warehouse Technician works with the assigned supervisor and designated associates to furnish Rental Inventory when and where it is needed. Assists with all phases of shipping, receiving, storage, maintenance and control of assigned inventory (“AV”) and assets i.e. delivery vehicles.

Requirements

High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or technical school required.
Three to five years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to drive a personal or company vehicle as required.
Ability to commute/relocate
Applicants requiring employment visa sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., F-1 STEM OPT, H-1B, TN, J1 etc.) will not be considered.

Responsibilities

Answers all I-order calls and inquiries quickly
Fulfills all I-order needs
Checks in Equipment
Ensures equipment is returned to storage in “rental ready” condition
Recommends items for service when not in new or like new condition
Back-up support for client calls & inquiries
Occasionally assist in the field with setting, striking and operating gear for live events
Deliver equipment in company vehicles to job sites and other ITA locations (internal transfers).
Quick-set and strikes for basic orders
Ensure all storage systems and work areas are clean, organized and readily accessible
Refine and optimize use of all processing and storage areas
Ensure all AV is correctly pulled for delivery or transfer
Ensure all AV is properly entered on WO and tracked using R2
Ensure all AV is checked-in (QC) after every use
Report all losses or damage immediately to management and resolve
Ensure all inventoried AV is in “like new” condition
Periodically account for all AV and investigate and resolve all discrepancies
Ensure AV is properly entered and maintained in Great Plains and R2
Ensure all AV is properly labelled
Route equipment to appropriate department
Ensure all vehicles are clean, properly outfitted, fueled and in good working order
Manages all phases of sublet maintenance and truck rentals when needed
May execute all out bound shipments thru outside carriers
Order and distribute all sales supplies
Perform all other duties and responsibilities assigned including building and grounds maintenance.
