Requirements

Familiarity with basic AV equipment.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a catwalk.
Ability to climb a 12ft. ladder.
Ability to see all colors of the spectrum.
Provide and maintain safe working conditions to avoid accidents/injury.
Previous guest service experience.
Weekend availability is required.

Nice To Haves

Four-year degree from an accredited college or university.
Previous hotel Audio Visual experience.

Responsibilities

Setup and teardown of AV equipment in meeting space.
Ensure guest satisfaction with audio-visual products and services.
Meet financial responsibilities of the department.
Conduct daily tasks and activities in a professional manner.
Assist other departments with AV related issues.
Practice safety standards and report all unsafe conditions.
Accurately complete all AV related tasks on a daily basis.
Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to please internal/external guests.
Arrive to work on time, neatly groomed and in proper uniform.
Hang all banners.
Be ready to fill in wherever needed to satisfy the guest.
Work weekends (Saturday and Sundays).
