About The Position
Delaware North Gaming is hiring for a full-time Audio Visual Technician to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. Requirements
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Be licensed by the appropriate state gaming regulation
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and learn quickly
- Excellent guest service skills
Responsibilities
- Responsible for operating video cameras, following the live action on the racetrack
- Understand racing jargon, classes, stakes, wagering, and colors
- Clean and maintain work area, protecting equipment from weather
- Professional conduct toward guests and team members
- Maintain communication and dialogue with the CCTV manager for scheduling
