This role involves leading, training, and scheduling AV techs to ensure flawless event support. The Audio Visual Supervisor will be responsible for setting up, operating, and breaking down AV equipment for meetings and events, tracking inventory, managing equipment maintenance, and collaborating with banquet teams, vendors, and clients to bring Banquet Event Orders to life. The position also includes coaching and holding the team accountable for AV success.

Requirements

• 6+ months of AV experience required
• Basic Microsoft Office skills

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of AV or banquet experience and leadership background
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience with Delphi software (preferred)

Responsibilities
