Our top enterprise customer is looking for an experienced AV Service Technician to support and maintain cutting‑edge audiovisual systems for their existing client base. This is an ideal opportunity for a 5+ year AV installer who wants to transition into service work — or a service technician ready to work on high‑end, complex systems in executive environments. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working directly with customers, and being the go‑to technical expert in the field, this role was built for you. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues across a wide range of enterprise AV systems, including: Custom Control Systems: Crestron DM & NVX, AMX Complex AV Systems in executive boardrooms and conference centers Video Conferencing Systems AV over IP (AVoIP) across LAN, WAN, and internet environments Audio DSP Systems: amplifiers, speakers, microphones Projection Systems & Displays Video Walls & Digital Signage RF Systems (basic exposure – analog & digital)
