About The Position

We are partnering with one of the industry's leading providers of integrated workplace technology solutions to find an experienced Audio Visual (AV) Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to drive new business, grow existing client relationships, and deliver innovative commercial AV solutions. The Audio Visual Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients. This role works closely with internal engineering, design, project management, and sales teams to deliver integrated audiovisual solutions tailored to each client's business needs. The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional with experience in commercial AV, unified communications, meeting room technology, or digital signage, and is comfortable working with architects, designers, contractors, and end users throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in AV sales, commercial technology sales, or a related field.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage client relationships.
• Strong understanding of commercial audiovisual solutions and AV system design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms to manage sales opportunities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.

Nice To Haves

• AVIXA CTS or CTS-I certification is a plus.
• Experience with unified communications, meeting room technologies, and digital signage solutions is highly desirable.
• Experience working with the Architecture & Design (A&D) community is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new business opportunities within the commercial AV market.
• Identify, qualify, and manage sales opportunities from prospecting through project close.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, architects, designers, and other industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and project management teams to develop customized AV solutions.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend the best technology solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, opportunities, and forecasts within the CRM system.
• Partner with internal sales teams to identify cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging AV technologies, unified communications platforms, meeting room solutions, and digital signage.
