About The Position

Legends Global is seeking an Audio/Visual Production Technician to join their Event Staff team. This is an hourly, event-based position with flexible hours (5-20 weekly) and a compensation of $15.00 per hour. The role involves setting up, operating, and striking audio, video, lighting, and presentation equipment for live events, meetings, and productions. The technician will also troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with clients and staff, and perform routine maintenance on audiovisual equipment. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
3 to 5 years of experience working in a live performing arts venue/center/theater
Knowledge and experience working with stagehand personnel
Knowledge of operations, maintenance, and facility management
Working knowledge of applicable OSHA, state, and other work environment safety regulations
Working knowledge of fire and public safety issues

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and strike audio, video, lighting, and presentation equipment for live events, meetings, and productions
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audiovisual systems before and during events to ensure seamless execution
Coordinate with clients, event staff, and vendors to understand production requirements and deliver high-quality event support
Conduct routine maintenance, testing, and inventory management of audiovisual equipment to ensure operational readiness
Assist with event load-in/load-out activities, including equipment transportation, cabling, staging, and system configuration.
