We are looking for an experienced Audio Visual Technician located at Fort Bragg whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience”. Requirements

  • Clearance: TS/SCI Preferred, ability to obtain TS/SCI Required
  • Experience: 3+ years in professional commercial AV installation and integration. REQUIRED
  • 2+ years in AV control system programming (Crestron, AMX, Extron, Q-SYS, etc.). REQUIRED
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AV/IT networking principles. REQUIRED
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation. REQUIRED
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills. REQUIRED
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. REQUIRED
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to pass MVR and CBC.
  • Must be able to lift over 50 pounds over your head. Required

Responsibilities

  • System Installation & Integration: Install and configure audio, video, and control systems, including video conferencing platforms and networked AV solutions.
  • Programming & Configuration: Develop, modify, and troubleshoot control system code (Crestron, AMX, Extron, or similar platforms).
  • Rack Fabrication & Cable Management: Build and wire AV racks, pull and terminate cables, and ensure clean, organized installations.
  • Documentation & Design: Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints for accurate implementation.
  • Testing & Commissioning: Perform system diagnostics, quality assurance, and client acceptance testing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver exceptional results.
