Job Summary: The OnPoint Marketing Operations team is hiring an Audience Segmentation Manager, who will bridge strategic planning and technical execution to implement personalized digital marketing at scale. This person will be considered a deep subject matter expert in developing and managing segmentation strategies that leverage multiple data sources. A current Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification from Salesforce is necessary for this role. This is an individual contributor position who will collaborate closely with business partners, dealer representatives, platform owners, and external vendors.

Requirements

  • Value Realization: Knowledge of value realization methods; ability to plan, execute, monitor and manage business activities and resources to determine and achieve the actual value from a business initiative as estimated in an associated business case.
  • Communicating Complex Concepts: Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.
  • Database Design (Physical): Knowledge of database systems; ability to establish a data model for designing an organization's database that runs effectively and efficiently for better business outcome.
  • Information Management: Knowledge of an organization's existing and planned Information Architecture and Information Management (IM) methodology; ability to collect and manage information from different sources, and distribute this information to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Modeling: Data, Process, Events, Objects: Knowledge of data, process and events; ability to use tools and techniques for analyzing and documenting logical relationships among data, processes or events.
  • Current Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe content management systems, and digital marketing data architecture.
  • Direct experience scaling digital products for enterprise or global use, especially within the heavy machinery or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance, compliance, and governance practices within a digital marketing context.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to drive change and build consensus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business partners and platform owners to identify, integrate, and analyze multiple data sources for enhanced segmentation accuracy.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity.
  • Continuously test, refine, and optimize segmentation and personalization strategies based on campaign results and business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with opt-in rules and exclusion lists for targeted campaigns.
  • Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to cross-functional teams regarding audience targeting.
  • Develop and deliver regular reports on segmentation effectiveness and campaign performance to business stakeholders.
