About The Position

Audi Springfield is expanding its Highline Sales Management Team and is seeking dynamic individuals to join its Audi Sales Departments. This role is for a seasoned professional in Highline Auto Sales with a passion for German brand automobiles.

Requirements

• Experience in Highline Auto Sales and/or Auto Finance Manager is a must.
• Outgoing, dependable, punctual, and career-oriented.
• Passion for German brand automobiles, particularly Audi.
• Positive attitude and great team spirit.
• Must pass pre-employment testing, including background check interview, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to consistently communicate with the sales team, finance, and management in a professional and routine manner.
• Possess very solid organizational skills needed for timely and accurate follow-up with numerous customers at various steps of the buying process.
• Ability to use CDK to desk deals efficiently.
• Provide support to any sales staff to close deals successfully.
• Actively participate in recruiting and sales team development.
• Train, motivate, and monitor the performance of sales employees, identifying and counseling those who require additional training.
• Maintain a professional approach to conflict de-escalation and ensure timely resolution to all customer situations.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
