Requirements

Previous experience working as a Property Valuer is essential.
Ability to value property.
Ability to build rapport.
Ability to negotiate.
Ability to win an instruction.
Hungry, competitive, resilient, commercial, and organised.
Self-starter who doesn't need chasing for results.

Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

Auction experience desirable, but not essential.
Ideally based around the Midlands/South Cheshire area.

Responsibilities

Generating, valuing, and winning new instructions across Cheshire/South of the Country and surrounding areas.
Building a strong pipeline and developing relationships for repeat business.
Carrying out property valuations and advising sellers on the best strategy.
Winning instructions and closing deals.
Generating own opportunities alongside provided leads.
Building strong relationships with sellers, investors, landlords, developers, agents, and property professionals.
Effectively managing a large geographical area.
Maintaining a healthy pipeline and consistently working towards ambitious targets.
Working closely with Auction Consultants to maximize property sales.
Managing multiple properties and customers simultaneously without compromising standards.
Understanding the market, numbers, and competition.
Delivering an exceptional customer experience from valuation to auction.
