About The Position

The primary responsibility of the Site Merchandising Attribution Specialist is to oversee the optimization of sitewide attribution strategies to drive discoverability of products on site. As the primary stakeholder of attribution, this role will be responsible for defining processes and providing input on product enhancements for total site merchandising to leverage. A successful candidate will be analytical, highly organized and process driven, have strong collaboration skills and a deep knowledge of enterprise data and systems.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years related experience
  • Professional experience in retail, site merchandising, and/or analytics
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross functional partners.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects - can identify primary and secondary objectives, prioritize time and communicate timeline to team members
  • Ability to problem solve and think creatively, strategically and techically.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs.

Responsibilities

  • Subject matter expert on sitewide attribution strategies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business teams to set up business rules for automated attribution tagging to drive efficiency.
  • Owner of adding backend data that impacts on-site experience: new attribution, new sizes, size mappings, brand mappings.
  • Centralized owner of all attribution requirements by family of business – partnering with Site Merchandising teams on proposed changes and updating all systems as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Marketplace team on taxonomy changes and execute quarterly 3rd party system updates to ensure sellers are leveraging accurate attribution.
  • Act as an advocate for the Site Merchandising team regarding the roll out of new enhancements, processes, and product information management systems.
  • Investigate data issues and provide tracking and resolution through JIRA.
  • Partner with Data Governance on enterprise data & hierarchy strategies.
  • Delegate responsibilities and leverage offshore team to complete tasks.
  • Effectively communicate and build trust with cross-functional relationships across Site Merchandising, Marketplace, Tech, Data Governance, Product Management, Merchandising, Marketing, and outside vendors when applicable.
