About The Position

Ripley’s is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Ride Attractions Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of Ripley’s Super Fun Park in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, and Ripley’s Mountain Coaster in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. This leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety, ride operations, team development, cleanliness, regulatory compliance, and customer service.
The Ride Attractions Operations Manager leads supervisors and frontline team members, manages staffing and scheduling, oversees operational procedures, and partners closely with maintenance, admissions, and senior leadership to ensure both attractions operate safely, efficiently, and consistently. The ideal candidate is an energetic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced attractions environment and is committed to creating memorable experiences for guests and team members alike.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in attractions operations
• Experience in managing staff and schedules
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in an attractions setting
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of both attractions, ensuring that established procedures are followed and that each location operates safely, efficiently, and consistently.
• Maintain a strong culture of safety and accountability by overseeing ride-operating procedures, cleanliness standards, and compliance with applicable regulatory and company requirements.
• Plan and manage staffing levels and schedules to support business needs, operational coverage, and a positive guest experience at both locations.
• Champion exceptional customer service, promptly address operational or guest concerns, and ensure team members consistently create welcoming and memorable experiences.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline team members; communicate expectations clearly; and foster a collaborative, engaged, and results-oriented work environment.
