About The Position

This role involves efficiently loading and unloading guests into the attraction, cleaning and maintaining the attraction, and engaging in positive guest interactions. The Attractions Host will utilize in-depth knowledge of Super Nintendo World, greet and interact with guests in queues and as they enter and exit the attraction, deliver safety announcements, and provide park information. The position also requires ensuring ADA guests are accommodated, setting up and monitoring queues for guest control, and promoting extraordinary guest service. Maintaining a safe and secure environment, identifying and resolving conflicts, and performing other duties as assigned are also key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently loading and unloading guests in to the attraction.
• Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the attraction.
• Utilize in depth knowledge of Super Nintendo World, engaging in positive guest interactions, and theming as appropriate. Greet and Interact with guests as they enter the attraction and when waiting in the queues. Including delivering safety announcements, park information, etc. As guests exit the attraction, say good bye, wish them a good day etc.
• Ensure ADA guests are accommodated in an efficient manner.
• Maintain a count of the numbers of the guests entering the attraction. Setup and monitor queues for guest control.
• Promotes and provides extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answers questions and offers information and providing assistance in a courteous manner and in theme.
• Understands and demonstrates the proper use of safety practices and ensures department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld.
• Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and guests of all ages, following all company guidelines and protocols.
• Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages while maintaining composure during difficult interactions.
• Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages.
• Perform other duties as assigned
