About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the Waterpark while providing courteous and quality customer service to guests.

Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, reaching)
Must be able to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Able to read and understand S.D.S for handling of products and chemicals.
Knowledge of proper sanitation and cleaning techniques

To be positive, outgoing and understanding when dealing with guests and employees.
To work independently with minimal supervision as well as cooperatively within a team setting.

Follow all policies and procedures set by Fallsview Indoor Waterpark and Canadian Niagara Hotels.
Ensure a high standard of cleanliness to washrooms, change rooms and lobby.
Vacuum all rugs/carpet and wash all floors in the park.
Pick up towels and any garbage left in the park by guests.
Clean up any fouling and assist in cleaning any fouling left by guests.
Wipe, scrub and shine any surface in need of cleaning.
Power wash all areas that can be power washed (a.m. shift only)

To be responsible by cleaning up after yourself and helping to keep staff area clean.
Ensure guests safety as well as your own by following all rules and regulations implemented at the Waterpark.

Other duties assigned by Manager/Supervisor or Lead Hand.
