Requirements

Minimum four years of relevant litigation and trial experience, including liability and damages verdicts.
Fully licensed to practice law in New York State and admitted to Federal Court in the Eastern and Southern District.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Willingness to work within established systems while seeking continuous improvement.
Proficiency with computer software including Windows Operating System, MS Word, MS Teams, MS Outlook, and adaptability to new programs.
4 years of experience as an attorney (required).
Fully licensed to practice law in New York State (required).

Responsibilities

Conduct depositions and attend court conferences and motion practice.
Serve as trial and/or appellate attorney in matters of significant exposure and complexity.
Work independently to make decisions in file handling, maintaining open communication with the Legal Management Team.
Utilize paperless environments and excel in video conferencing, proficient in computer legal case management systems.
Meet minimum billing requirements.
