About The Position
Feldman Kramer & Monaco is looking for a Wills attorney to join their progressive, innovative, and growing estate department. This dynamic law firm offers attorneys flexible hours, no billing requirement, a good salary, and great benefits including bonus opportunity. They are seeking a full-time attorney to attend scheduled will days with no caseload. Requirements
- Admission to the NYS Bar for no less than five (3) years and be in good standing.
- Juris Doctor
- Detailed knowledge of Wills & Estate Laws.
- Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to ask pertinent questions, actively listen to answers and synthesize information in order to formulate advice based on sound judgment and strong knowledge of the law and legal precedence.

Responsibilities
- Attend will signing event days at various locations on Long Island.
- Draft and review wills.
