We are hiring an Attorney‑Represented Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster to manage complex claims for Georgia and/or Florida. Responsibilities

• Investigating and confirming the facts of loss for the most complex automobile accidents.
• Determining coverage, liability, damages, and adjusting and negotiating claims within the limit of authority.
• Mentoring and providing direction to junior employees.
• Recognizing and identifying body parts of a vehicle or understanding other potential property damage.
• Identifying customer needs and working to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills.
• Determining subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle for the most complex cases.
• Applying advanced understanding of insurance policies written by the company, the industry, and organizational relationships within the company and department.
• Recommending process improvements.
• Applying increased experience in the Sr Adjuster level or a rotation into a specialty position (Coverage, Investigation Specialist, Total Loss, Initial Handler, Extended Handler, Litigation, etc.).
• For claims involving injuries (if handled), learning how to review, evaluate, and negotiate moderate to complex/Catastrophic injury claims.
• Handling investigation regarding all aspects of the most complex auto claims (coverage, liability and damages) with the exercise of discretion and independence within an increased level of authority.
