Requirements
- At least one year of civil litigation experience - preferably property casualty.
- Experience managing cases in state and federal courts.
- Experience managing discovery.
- Experience taking/defending depositions.
- Experience writing petitions, complaints, motions and briefs.
- Must be admitted to practice in the State of Illinois.
