Requirements

• Obtain and maintain a valid Wisconsin Property and Casualty Insurance Agents license.
• High school diploma required
• Able to work in a stationary position 90% of the time.
• Constantly able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery 90% of the time.
• Constantly able to observe details, at close range.
• Able to move or transport objects weighing up to 20lbs. Frequency and duration will vary.

Nice To Haves

• One year of office experience in a business environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Uses strong attention to details and organizational skills when updating and maintaining our client systems.
• Accurately and efficiently uses and updates our internal databases in Applied EPIC.
• Manages client policies by adding, changing, renewing, and terminating data under the direction of Client Managers.
• Effectively communicates with internal account teams and carrier partners to prioritize client needs & timelines.
• Obtain important documentation to support the client experience.
• Attends department meetings to stay up to date with carrier-specific information, as well as changes to workflows and procedures.
• Navigate internal resources to support client renewals, compliance, and marketing initiatives.
• Works with account teams to set reasonable deadlines, follows up and communicates status of requests and projects.
