Attorney (Non-Shareholder Track)
About The Position
Kirton McConkie has an exciting opportunity for an attorney to work in their Religious Organizations practice group. The successful candidate must be highly motivated and hard-working, with the ability to perform a wide variety of legal tasks including legal research and writing, and interviewing/interacting with clients and others. Candidates must be able to perform investigative work and convey findings in a succinct and thorough manner. Qualified candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills in order to collaborate with shareholders and other attorneys to address challenging legal issues. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, demonstrate a commitment to ethics, be able to work with minimal supervision, and ensure that tasks are completed in a timely, organized, and efficient manner. Candidates must be an active member of the Utah Bar or be willing to take the Utah State Bar exam as soon as possible.
