Reporting to the Director, Shareholder Services, the Shareholder Services Specialist is a dedicated, customer-facing role responsible for the delivery of high-quality shareholder services for Manulife’s global shareholder base. This role requires a unique combination of advanced communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to resolve complex or sensitive shareholder matters. The Specialist plays a critical role in building trust, resolving issues efficiently, and reinforcing Manulife’s customer-first culture.
