About The Position

GOLDLAW, a leading personal injury firm, is seeking a skilled and experienced litigation attorney to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in plaintiff personal injury experience, with trial experience being a plus. The role involves diverse areas of practice including auto accidents, medical malpractice, sexual assault (Federal, State Level), negligent security, and others. Requirements

Good Standing with the Florida Bar
Personal injury experience required.
Mid-level proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).
Strong customer service focus
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
Strong time management, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Juris Doctorate
Minimum experience of at least 5-10 years on the Plaintiff's side with significant Plaintiff’s trial experience.
Experienced in Florida Law Preferred, 3 years in trial experience.

Trial experience a plus
FileVine experience is also preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Manage a litigation caseload of approximately 35-40 files.
Focus solely on litigation and trial work, with no involvement in pre-suit cases.
Receive a dedicated staff of two experienced employees for caseload management.
Handle cases from the litigation stage through to settlement or verdict.
Focus on being a litigator and trial lawyer without the business aspects of running a firm.
Receive a written, guaranteed percentage of fees for any referrals brought in individually or through a referral attorney.
Benefit from a guaranteed six-figure salary with a contractually binding percentage of settlements or verdicts.
