Requirements
- Licensed to practice law by the North Carolina State Bar
- Three years of progressively responsible professional legal experience.

Responsibilities
- Assist the North Carolina Utilities Commission Attorney with managing caseloads.
- Assist the senior Attorney with document review, brief writing, and hearing attendance.
