About The Position

Legacy Law Firm, P.C. is hiring an attorney for its new Johnston, Iowa office. The firm is a boutique practice focused on estate planning, elder law, and business planning, serving individuals, families, business owners, agricultural clients, and seniors. Its work includes customized estate and asset-protection plans intended to facilitate wealth transfer, preserve family harmony, and minimize clients’ tax burdens. The attorney will work with clients and collaborate with experienced attorneys in Sioux Falls, while developing advanced planning skills. Because most mentoring will take place remotely, the attorney should be ready to handle trusts and core estate-planning documents independently from day one. The firm describes its culture as collaborative and supportive, and offers on-the-job training, flexible scheduling options, competitive compensation, and an excellent benefits package. The role provides opportunities to grow in leadership and compensation and to work with accomplished attorneys, including a Board-Certified Elder Law Attorney.
