This position supports the Attorney Development team by assisting with administrative, reporting, and data management functions to support attorney staffing, utilization tracking and performance processes.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with legal software or databases
  • Familiarity with attorney development or HR processes
  • Experience in a professional services environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist with weekly associate check-in’s related to availability and support the tracking and distribution of capacity information to the Attorney Development team
  • Maintain the exit interview spreadsheet, updating data from exit interviews and coding data accurately.
  • Assist with the attorney review process by formatting materials, creating PDFs and ensuring accuracy and consistency of evaluation documents.
  • Create and update Powerpoint presentations and other materials for meetings and internal reporting needs
  • Compile and organize data including staffing requests, availability information, capacity data, etc
  • Maintain associate vacation and availability calendars to support staffing decisions.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new associates, including scheduling and coordination of materials
  • Provide general administrative support to the Attorney Development team, including data entry, document management and other projects.
