About The Position

Our client, a regional east coast corporate law firm, is seeking a securities and capital markets associate attorney with 2-7 years of experience to join their growing practice. The role involves representing issuers and investment banks in public and private offerings of securities, and advising publicly traded companies on compliance with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, exchange listing standards, and corporate governance.

Requirements

• 2-7 years of experience as a securities and capital markets associate attorney
• Experience representing issuers and investment banks in public and private offerings of securities
• Experience advising publicly traded companies on compliance with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, exchange listing standards and corporate governance
• Relevant prior law firm experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Enthusiasm for client service and initiative
