Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar membership (in good standing)
2+ years of civil litigation experience preferred
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Conduct legal research, draft motions, and develop case strategies
Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and depositions
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues
Manage caseload efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
