SSP Law Co. LPA is seeking an attorney to join our growing business and real estate transactional practice area. This is a remote position for a candidate located in the Columbus area. Preferred experience or knowledge in Business & Real Estate Transactional including: Business and entity formation, selection, and structure
Contract drafting, review and negotiation
Drafting of corporate documents for complex business transactions
Buying/Selling a Business
Real Estate Acquisitions, Dispositions, Leasing and Title
Partnerships and Mergers & Acquisitions
Real Estate Title and Closing Experience
Commercial Finance including Borrower and /or Lender Representation
2- 3 years of experience preferred
