Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
Willingness to learn insulation techniques, tools, and safety requirements through on-the-job training.
Basic understanding of construction materials, tools, and installation methods, or the ability to learn quickly.
Ability to safely use hand tools and handle materials.
Awareness of job site safety practices, including PPE use, ladder safety, and working in confined spaces.
Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines consistently.
Basic communication skills to work effectively with crew members and supervisors.
Comfortable using mobile devices for basic communication and documentation.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in construction, roofing, insulation, or a related trade is an asset.

Responsibilities

Support attic insulation projects from start to finish as part of a crew.
Load materials and set up equipment.
Prepare job sites for insulation installation.
Install insulation under supervision, learning proper techniques, tools, and safety practices.
Maintain clean and organized job sites.
Handle materials safely.
Follow procedures to meet quality and building standards.
Use basic tools and equipment while following safety requirements, including working in confined spaces and at heights.
Build skills, support the team, and contribute to efficient, high-quality project completion.
