Attendant - Slot Floor
About The Position
This role is responsible for promoting Bally's customer-centric culture by offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations. The attendant will respond to guest inquiries about services, features, attractions, promotions, and special events. They will also need to understand the essential functions of slot machines and game themes, process transactions related to slot operations (jackpots, paper fills, wallet buys), and ensure adherence to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures. A key part of the role involves monitoring assigned areas on the gaming floor, maintaining professional radio etiquette, recognizing and responding to minors and signs of problem gaming or alcohol intoxication, and supporting the integrity of gaming on the floor.
Requirements
- Understanding of the essential functions of slot machines and game themes
- Ability to process transactions related to slot operations
- Knowledge of all promotions and events
- Ability to monitor assigned areas on the gaming floor
- Ability to maintain professional radio etiquette
- Ability to recognize and respond to minors in the casino
- Ability to recognize signs of problem gaming and alcohol intoxication and report any issues to management
- Ability to support the integrity of gaming on the floor

- Understand the essential functions of the slot machines and game themes
- Process transactions related to slot operations, including jackpots, paper fills, wallet buys
- Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of all promotions and events.
- Monitor assigned areas on the gaming floor, remaining mobile and visible to guests
- Maintain professional radio etiquette
- Recognize and respond to minors in the casino
- Recognize signs of problem gaming an alcohol intoxication and report any issues to management
- Support the integrity of gaming on the floor
