Attendant - EVS - Full Time
About The Position
This is a full-time position where the attendant will foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere. The role enthusiastically promotes Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations. The attendant will adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, internal controls, Company policies and procedures, and organizational goals. This role will also assist with training and developing team members. The attendant will clean floors, glass surfaces, restrooms, slots and slot bases, and spot clean areas as needed. They will execute daily cleaning projects as assigned and use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer instructions, including using personal protective equipment when required. The attendant will restock storage closets daily and make suggestions for improvements in overall operations with emphasis on increasing guest satisfaction and reducing costs. Other duties may be assigned.
