About The Position

This role involves monitoring the casino floor, stairs, mirrors, glass, and assigned areas to ensure quality and cleanliness. The attendant will maintain the appearance of the gaming area by dusting and polishing/disinfecting slot machines and seats, and cleaning trash from around slot machines. Responsibilities also include completely cleaning the casino floor, vacuuming, cleaning carpets, ledges, edges, and glass. The attendant will clean gaming tables as requested, dust and clean casino signage, and service assigned areas daily. This includes vacuuming, mopping, cleaning, and disinfecting restrooms, ash/trash receptacles, and elevators. The role also requires cleaning offices, lobbies, bar areas, corridors, locker rooms, and other work areas as directed. Maintaining equipment, supplies, and supply rooms, and operating trash and cardboard compactors are also key duties. The attendant will report maintenance and emergency repair needs to the supervisor and complete special assignments as requested. Maintaining break rooms and executive office facilities, and participating in departmental safety and technical training are also part of the role.

  • Ability to clean entire casino floor area, including vacuuming, cleaning carpets, ledges, edges, and glass.
  • Ability to clean gaming tables when requested.
  • Ability to dust and clean casino signage.
  • Ability to service assigned areas daily, including vacuuming, mopping, cleaning, and disinfecting restrooms, ash/trash receptacles, and elevators.
  • Ability to mop, sweep, and clean restrooms, including sinks, mirrors, walls, toilets, vents, and dispensers.
  • Ability to clean, sweep, mop, and empty trash in offices, lobbies, bar areas, corridors, elevators, locker rooms, and other work areas.
  • Ability to monitor bathrooms to ensure they are clean and orderly.
  • Ability to maintain equipment, supplies, and supply rooms in an orderly manner.
  • Ability to remove trash and recycling from receptacles and dispose of it in designated locations.
  • Ability to operate trash and cardboard compactors following Standard Operations Guidelines (SOG).
  • Ability to report maintenance needs to Supervisor.
  • Ability to report emergency repairs to Supervisor immediately.
  • Ability to complete special assignments as requested.
  • Ability to maintain break room and executive office facilities.
  • Willingness to participate in departmental safety and technical training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain appearance of gaming area including dust and polish/disinfect slot machines and seats, cleaning trash from between, behind, and on the floor around slot machines.
  • Completely clean entire casino floor area, vacuuming, cleaning carpets and carpeted areas, ledges, edges, glass.
  • Clean gaming tables as/when requested.
  • Dusting and cleaning of all casino signage.
  • Services assigned areas daily, including vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and disinfecting of rest rooms, ash/trash receptacles, elevators, dusting, polishing, and sweeping.
  • Mop, sweep, and clean restrooms to include sink and mirrors - wall, toilet, vents, dispensers, etc.
  • Cleans, sweeps, mops and empties trash in offices, lobbies, bar areas, corridors, elevators, locker rooms and other work areas as directed by the supervisor or manager.
  • Monitors bathrooms to ensure that they are always clean and orderly.
  • Maintains all equipment supplies and supply rooms in an orderly manner, as instructed by Supervisor.
  • Removes all trash and recycling from all receptacles and disposes at their designated locations. Operates trash and cardboard compactor following the Standard Operations Guidelines (SOG).
  • Reports maintenance needs to Supervisor.
  • Reports emergency repairs to Supervisor immediately.
  • Completes special assignments assigned by Supervisor – Public Areas and above as requested.
  • Maintain break room and executive office facilities.
  • Participates in departmental safety and technical training programs.
